Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Meridian Vein and Pain Appointments:

At Meridian Vein and Pain, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of scheduled appointments. However, we kindly request that our patients provide us with a 24-hour notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

If a patient fails to cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the patient’s account and must be paid prior to any future appointments.

We ask that our patients understand that our time and resources are valuable and that missed appointments can prevent other patients from receiving the care they need. By adhering to our cancellation policy, we can ensure that our patients receive the care they need, while also respecting the time and resources of our medical staff.
